The idea of this challenge is to eat as many healthy, balanced meals as you can between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We all know this will be difficult, so let’s have a friendly, fun competition to see if we are up to the challenge!

The Details

We will all be winners in this challenge for participating, but for those of you who like a little healthy competition, the winner will be whoever logs the most healthy meals for 4 weeks starting on November 26th!

The top 3 participants will receive prizes, and the winner gets a FREE brand new TRX trainer.

  2. Fill out waivers to participate as a NEW WellLife client. Current clients may skip this step.

  3. Receive your Confirmation Email from Katy within 24 hours with additional instructions, links, and resources.

  4. Sign up to participate in the weekly meetings on Mondays starting November 26th!
