As a Nutrition Specialist and Medical Weight Loss counselor, Katy has helped clients of all ages and body types lose weight safely and effectively without surgery, pills, or starvation dieting. 

Instead of relying on pre-made meals or shakes, Katy believes in each person's ability to achieve their goals through good habits. Once you know what foods you need on a daily basis, Katy will be there to support you as you experience challenges and learn new skills. Katy offers nutrition sessions and assessments at 1709 Legion Road, Suite #112, in Chapel Hill. All workouts are held at ActivEdge Fitness and Sports Performance in Durham. In-home sessions are available upon request. Travel fees may apply.
